Public Review · Data practices

Business context only.

This page explains the narrow public Revenue Systems Review intake. It is not a client-service agreement, source authorization, or permission to process customer records.

01

What stays on your device

Your twelve assessment answers remain in your browser until you explicitly send the business-level brief. You may review, copy, download, reset, or leave without creating an inquiry record.

02

What is sent

If you request founder review, we receive the business name, your name and business email, optional website and context, your assessment scores, and your permission to evaluate fit and respond.

03

How the inquiry is used

The submission creates a prospect-only record in the private owner Client Desk. It is used to evaluate fit, manage the inquiry, and decide whether a founder conversation is warranted. It does not create an agreement, charge, client-data authority, or customer outreach.

04

What not to provide

Do not submit customer or lead records, source exports, credentials, payment information, government identifiers, health information, information about children, or other sensitive personal information through the public Review.

05

Access and service providers

The inquiry record is restricted to the configured Revenue Reclaim AI owner account. Controlled hosting and database services operate the form and record. Transactional owner alerts remain separately configured and do not authorize client or customer communications.

06

Questions or requests

For questions about a Review submission or to request review, correction, or removal of business contact information, write to privacy@revenuereclaimai.com. We may verify identity and retain limited evidence where reasonably necessary for security, disputes, or legal obligations.
